Enhancing Transparency: Utilizing the 'Show Production Times' Feature

Enabling the "Show Production Times" feature provides valuable insights into when the case was entered and tracks the progress of scanning, helping you better manage your workflow.

Production AND Task Timing 

The updates to the task window will provide more detailed information for each case. You can find a toggle switch at the top left of the task menu when you open a case.

With the toggle switch turned off, you can view information from the incomplete tasks report. In this example, Bend Wire is behind schedule; at the time of this screen capture on October 9th, it was due for completion on the 8th.

By enabling the Show production times feature, you will gain valuable insights into when the case was entered and monitor the progress of scanning as it is completed. This helps to keep track of the workflow more effectively.

The tasks report can help keep cases on track by using filters, allowing technicians to identify which tasks are due today and which are overdue.
