The very best time of the year is HERE! No matter what the silly old world is doing at the moment, this is our place of seasonal fun & delight in the sweet goodness of the holiday season. We don't let anything through those doors but happiness.😁💗

The Expo Building will be overflowing with 130+ fantastic vendors from all over the Midwest. They've been stockpiling the vintage goodies, making the heck out of their holiday collections, & planning the coziest wintry wardrobes you'll love at first sight. 😍

Food trucks, cash bars, & sweet treat vendors will be serving all Friday evening & Saturday too - we're headed into a holiday wonderland! 🎄

Heading to the Illinois State Fairgrounds is an easy proposition - it's right on one of the main avenues in Springfield, IL, & close to Interstate 55.

Fairgrounds Parking - Ample & Free

You can park anywhere near the Expo Building except the drive that goes around the building or in any spot prohibited by a fairgrounds or handicapped sign.

Areas around the west Expo Building doors will be marked Pickup & Loading Zone for large item pickups.

Handicapped Parking

We ask you to please leave the Handicapped Parking Only area noted on the map free for those who have mobility issues and really need it. If you are able-bodied, please park a little further away and save those spaces for those who really depend on them. Thank you for your cooperation.💗

If you arrive early at the fairgrounds, you're welcome to come inside & wait after 2:30 pm.

We set up roped-off waiting areas inside both the east & north doors of the Expo Building.

If you make an extra-large or hard-to-handle-gracefully purchase - just make arrangements with the vendor and they'll be glad to hang on to it for you.

They'll tag the item SOLD + give you the bottom portion of the pink tag as a claim check.

Ready For Us To Gather Your Goodies? How To Get a Porter

1 - Please come to The Hobnob Shop (just right of the main Expo Building entrance) and turn in your tag stubs.

2 - We'll ask you to put $2 in the porter tip jar. The tips go straight to them & it's just a flat two bucks no matter how many items you have or how big they are.

3 - You can go get your vehicle or make a final purchase or two.

4 - The porters will round up all your finds and deliver them to the loading area for pickup.

How Will You Know When Your Items Are Ready for Pickup?

You'll get a text from us.🗨️

Pickup & Loading Are Easy

You can drive right up to the west doors of the Expo Building to pick up your finds. The porters will be glad to direct you & help you load. Easy peasy. 👍

Want to Go Out to Stash Purchases in Your Vehicle?

Totally fine. You can go out to your vehicle as much as you'd like. Our admission helpers are face-remembering ninjas & will let you back in with no problem. 😊

2 Ways to WIN at Hobnob Holiday Market

Search Out Candy Cane Bows

Be on the lookout for sweet candy cane bow Christmas ornaments. These little cuties will be hiding all around the market. They might be found blending into a display in a vendor booth, tucked inside a little architectural nook, or hiding in plain sight.

And guess what? Every bow makes your cash stash grow...yay!!

Tied to each ornament you'll find a little slip of Hobnob CASH that you can use like a gift card in the booth of your choice. Most are worth $5 but a couple very lucky ones are worth $25 - woo hoo!

Hobnob CASH spends the same as money and will line your pockets with some extra spendy goodness.

How Do I Redeem It?

The vendor will deduct the Hobnob CASH amount from your purchase (like a gift card) & accept the Hobnob CASH slip as part of your payment. (We do ask you to please spend the entire amount in a single booth so the vendors don't have to make change for a slip.)

Gift Basket Giveaway

Be sure to stop by our Giveaway Table (it will be close by the market entrance) to fill out a slip for our gift basket giveaway.

Our generous Hobnob vendors add lots of items to a big giveaway basket, we draw a name, and the winner gets the ENTIRE gorgeous basket of goodies. 😍

We draw the winner at the end of the day on Saturday, so absolutely everyone who enters has a chance to win. If you're our lucky duck, we'll either mail you the basket or make drop-off arrangements.

Bring the Family

Kids Are 100% Welcome at Hobnob

Children 12 & under come in free both Friday night & Saturday.

If you purchase Friday Earlybird Shopping admission in advance, just count the number of shoppers 13 & over.

Stroller Hints & Nursing Area

Smaller umbrella style strollers will work best inside the Expo Building. It can get crowded & the elevator to the mezzanine will be busy so smaller & lighter is better.

We'll have Stroller Parking by The Hobnob Shop if you want to leave the wheels behind for a bit.

A nursing area will be available behind the Hobnob Shop - just stop by to use it anytime.

Fun for Kids

Twist up some holiday fun with a Christmas-y balloon creation from The Amazing Nick. Reindeer, Santa, snowmen...if you ask he can probably make it. (Nick works for the tip of your choice.) Nick will be with us both Friday evening & Saturday.

Santa on Saturday

Santa let us know that he's testing new sleigh routes over the Midwest on Saturday.

He plans to give Rudolph and the rest of the reindeer gang a break on the Expo Building roof so he'll be coming inside to hang out & listen to wishes. He's always here from 10 am - 2 pm and usually longer. Those reindeer snooze it up when they get a chance! 😉
