Progress isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing it with intention.
That’s why I created the new
Level 2 Program—to help you build on what you’ve already learned, find your flow, and keep growing in a structured, supportive way.
Each week in the program is thoughtfully curated to give you a balanced mix of strength, stretch, focus, and intensity. You can follow it as designed or move at your own pace.
If one week’s classes from the general
Weekly Planner doesn’t quite fit your mood, you can always pick a week from the Level 2 Program for a balanced, full-body plan that still keeps you on track.
And if you’re just getting started—or ready for an even greater challenge—stay tuned: Level 1 and Level 3 versions are coming soon.
