The SPACE
The Space :
  • air mattress with white bedding.
  • lit 7.5 ft rolling tree.
  • brown wrapped presents.

  • ALL EASILY MOVABLE IF YOU DO NOT WANT WINTER DECOR!

  • drapery backdrop and covered sofa in front of brick wall.
  • THIS AREA IS NOT ABLE TO BE MOVED.

THE STUDIO
The Studio :
  • decorated fireplace mantle.
  • for the first time ever a tree!
  • red velvet accents.
  • bench.
  • cookie station in kitchen similar to years past.
  • wreath on wall above bed similar to years past.
  • PLEASE NOTE STUDIO DECOR CANNOT BE MOVED.

The Loft
The Loft :
  • the only decor in the loft is garland around the window and christmas cookie ‘baking’ station in the kitchen.
  • the rest of The Loft will NOT be decorated.
  • THESE ITEMS CAN BE MOVED IF NEEDED.

The FLATS - #1
The Flats - #1 :
  • snow flocked tree with green velvet decorations.
  • velvet green garland across the fireplace mantle.
  • THIS DECOR IS ABLE TO BE MOVED IF NEEDED IF YOU PREFER NO DECOR, TREE IS ON WHEELS.
The Flats - #1 :
  • snow flocked winter decor in the white paneling room. 
  • this room is smaller and more suitable for smaller groups/families.

The FLATS - #2
The Flats #2 :
  • silver vintage style tree in the wood paneling room.
  • colorful, vintage decor as well in this room.
  • the rest of this unit is not decorated.
  • DECOR IN THE PANEL ROOM CANNOT BE MOVED.

Please note: The Space, The Studio, and The Loft are all located at 5901 Vine St.
The Flats #1 + #2 are located at 5908 Vine St. (across the street from one another.)
 
Please be sure to select the mini sessions / large group fees if you will have more than 6 people per hour in the suite! (They do not all have to be present at once to count as a large group rate.)
