Dear First name / Friend,
As we move through the last month of the year, I want to start by saying thank you. This community — including clients I’ve had the privilege of working with — have taught me a lot.
Here are a few lessons I learned from you in 2025:
1 - Change begins with courage
The people who grew the most this year were the ones willing to initiate hard conversations, set boundaries, and trust their intuition – even when it wasn’t the easy or popular thing to do.
2 - Confidence grows when we ask for support
Self-aware people recognize their limits and invite others in at the right moments. The people who ask for help build trust, make better decisions, and resolve problems faster.
3 - We're doing a better job than we think
Whether it's parenting, leading a team, or navigating a complicated season of life, we usually show more progress than we realize. When we take the time to celebrate that growth, we create the momentum to keep going.
4. We're stronger when we support each other
Community matters. When we lead with empathy, support our neighbors, and prioritize the collective good, everyone rises. Even in turbulent times, I believe there are far more good people than bad — and when we act with integrity, we can change the world together.
. . .
I hope these reminders can help you step into 2026 with confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection.
Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season. I can’t wait to share some exciting updates with you in January.
With gratitude,
