It has been quite some time since I last emailed and I sincerely hope each and every single one of you are doing well!
I'm excited to share that earlier this year, The Signature Home Finders Team merged with The Baldor Group. Still the same great service and information, but with a larger team (10 agents!) to help more amazing clients buy, sell, and invest.
I've personally spent a lot of timing working on systems and getting things set up for success, and now that things are falling into place, I'm so happy to be able to bring back our bi-weekly emails! This week's email is the market update with my favorite new homes that hit the market, home tips, and market trends. In 2 weeks, I'll share upcoming events in the area and our spotlight local businesses!
We have some chilly days coming up! Remember to cover your citrus, avocado, and magnolia trees, as well as young or newly planted trees to protect them from cold damage.
Other plants like ornamental palms, bougainvillea, and hibiscus may also need protection.
Cover them loosely from the top to the ground with a material like burlap or frost cloth.
It's a Buyers Market, but how long will that last?
If you've been thinking about buying, now is an excellent time because you are in control of the market. As your Realtor, now is the perfect time for me to negotiate seller concessions and help alleviate your out of pocket costs as much as possible. That means you can hold on to your hard earned cash and buy your home without depleting your savings!
But this won't last long! As rates continue to come down, there will be more Buyers flooding the market. As more Buyers flood the market, the scale shifts back to Seller control and once that happens, we'll be back in multiple offer situations where we are offering over list price and competing on every offer we submit.
