Congratulations to our President Circle Affiliates, this is not an easy task for sure.  The Keep Mississippi Beautiful Board of Directors and myself are very proud of your achievement. What you have accomplished is inspiring to everyone. All of our KMB Affiliates are the best!

 

Thank you to everyone that attended our fall annual affiliate conference.  What a beautiful time of year to enjoy being together and share the work that each affiliate does in their community. I want to give a shout out to our presenters that really energized all of us.

 

Another time to learn and gain new ideas is to attend the 2026 Keep America Beautiful Summit, we hope to see many of you in New Orleans in February.

Congratulations to many of you that have had successful fall cleanups!  Jessica is enjoying sharing your events on our social media, so continue to share with us.

This time of year, is one of our favorites – “KMB Flower Bulb Distribution”.  We are so grateful that we can share and help provide spring blooming to your community.  Happy planting.

 

LOVE, HAPPINESS and THANKSGIVING --- I want to thank each of you for your achievements, accomplishments and for the countless new things you do each day.  I am especially grateful to my new staff – Mary Carol and Jessica, they are truly blessings to Keep Mississippi Beautiful and myself. October 23–24, 2025, Keep Mississippi Beautiful held its annual Affiliate Conference at Lake Tiak-O’Khata, which was a generous host to more than 50 affiliates from across the state.

 

It was a wonderful time for learning, training, and community — from engaging with our speakers to enjoying s’mores by the campfire. This year’s conference was truly one to remember!

 

We’re so grateful for our incredible network of affiliates who work hard every day to keep Mississippi clean, green, and beautiful!

On November 18th, staff at Keep Mississippi Beautiful made our way to Van Zyverden's Bulbs in Meridian, where we were met with their continued generosity in donating bulbs for our statewide affiliates.

 

Over November 18th and 19th, affiliates from regions of Mississippi visited our office in Madison to pick up their bulbs and get ready for upcoming beautification projects.

 

We can’t wait to see how each community puts these bulbs to work and brings more beauty to our state! 🌼

The 2026 Keep America Beautiful Summit will be held in New Orleans, February 26–28!

 

Our Mississippi affiliates will have the opportunity to attend engaging sessions, get inspired, and bring back new ideas to implement in their own communities.
