And we’re back! Another month of groundbreaking achievements and progress at MMY US. From setting a three-story, nine-unit condominium in just three days to making major strides on our Sellersburg project, the momentum keeps building. We also had the chance to spend time with our incredible Head of Admin, Aasha, and to truly appreciate the level of craftsmanship and quality that goes into every detail of our modular units—including the exceptional interior appliances we proudly feature from a fellow Louisville manufacturer GE Appliances. None of this would be possible without our dedicated team. At MMY US, we’re working harder than ever to redefine what’s possible in modular construction—both here in America and across the Globe. The future is being built, one module at a time. |

300 W J. Hodge Street
MMY US is proud to announce the successful setting of 300 W J. Hodge Street, a groundbreaking residential condo project in partnership with REBOUND, Inc. This three-story, nine-unit apartment development features spacious two-bedroom, two-bath homes with an elevator and a walk-up breezeway—marking Louisville’s first affordable condominium community for sale to residents earning 80% AMI or below. In just three days, our team completed the precise installation of 27 modular units, totaling over 10,000 square feet. This project stands as a milestone for the City of Louisville, showcasing what’s possible when innovation, collaboration, and community impact come together. |

(Rebuilding Our Urban Neighborhood Dwellings) on the creation of Hodge—a project that represents a shared commitment to strengthening Louisville’s communities. Hi! I am Aasha I’m Aasha Anwar, and I take care of Human Resources and Administration here at MMY US. When I first came to the United States, everything was new — the people, the culture, the city, and the way work happens here. I came to Louisville to study Business Analytics at the University of Louisville, and I’ll be graduating this December 2025. Before that, I completed my MBA in India, which gave me a strong foundation in business and management. But I wanted to go deeper — to understand how data and analytics shape real decisions — and that’s what brought me here. Finding a job was not easy at first. The market was tough, and many companies were unsure about hiring international students. But then came MMY US and Robin, who looked past all that and gave me a chance. That’s how I started my journey with MMY US, and I’ll always be grateful for that opportunity. This is my first job in the U.S., and it’s been life-changing. Since I didn’t come from a construction background I didn’t know the processes, materials, or even the terminology at first. But I learned everything from the ground up from hiring and onboarding workers to coordinating with our factory, site, and design teams, managing payroll, compliance, and daily operations. I also plan our Open Houses, community events, and job fairs, which connect us with amazing people across Louisville. As the eldest daughter in my family, this journey has been deeply personal. Being able to financially support my family back in India while building a life here in the U.S. has been one of my proudest achievements. It took a lot of hard work, courage, and learning, but it’s been worth every step. MMY has given me more than just a job it’s given me confidence, purpose, and a family away from home. I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and grown stronger with every challenge.
