Aspira – Technical Support Specialist. Full-time, remote position in the U.S. Supports public agency clients using Aspira’s software and hardware for outdoor recreation services. Handles inbound technical support via phone, email, and chat for issues involving PCs, tablets, printers, scanners, routers, and point-of-sale systems. Requires at least 2 years of experience providing virtual technical support for hardware, software, and small office networks. Preferred qualifications include IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft) and/or a degree in IT or related field. Must have strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Office preferred.
Aspira – Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish). Part-time, remote position in the U.S. (~29 hours/week). Handles inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with reservations, permits, ticketing, and general inquiries for Aspira’s recreation and licensing services. Follows scripts, updates customer accounts, documents interactions, and meets service KPIs. Requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of inbound call center experience, 2+ years of customer-facing service experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Must type 50+ WPM and be comfortable using Microsoft Office and contact center tools. Requires a quiet home workspace, stable internet, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
BCD Travel – Senior Travel Consultant. Full-time, remote role in the U.S. (hours: 9:30 AM–6 PM ET). Handles international travel reservations for corporate clients, including booking, fare searches, itinerary changes, and advising travelers on policies, regulations, passports, visas, and industry requirements. Requires extensive international travel agent experience and strong GDS Sabre skills. Must be able to work in a high-call-volume environment with strong communication and customer service abilities. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long to cash out. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.
Beyond Finance – Client Retention Specialist. Remote, full-time role handling inbound calls from clients enrolled in financial hardship debt-relief programs. Focuses on retaining at-risk clients by explaining program benefits, deescalating concerns, reviewing their financial situation, and helping them stay on track toward becoming debt-free. Requires experience in retention, sales, or collections, strong negotiation and deescalation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment. Must be proficient with CRM systems and possess solid communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. High school diploma required; additional education is a plus. Base pay: $19–$20 per hour, with commissions based on retention performance.
Study.com – IT & Computer Science Quiz Writer (Contract). Remote, freelance role creating college-level quiz questions for Study.com’s Computer Science and IT courses. Work includes writing question batches aligned to lesson content and revising based on editor feedback. Requires a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; teaching, tutoring, or college-level instruction experience preferred. Paid per piece, with flexibility to work anytime from home.

Work involves reviewing content and providing written justifications (in English) for each decision. Requires native-level proficiency in the listed target language and fluency in English. No degree or prior experience required; candidates must complete required certifications.
Cambridge Proofreading - Proofreader. Global, fully remote position. Full- and part-time opportunities available. Must be a native English speaker. Provide high-quality proofreading and editing services to clients worldwide. Requires excellent English proficiency and prior editing or proofreading experience.
