The Practice for Navigating our Turbulent Times
The Way of Being is a weekly class offered to the Mount Desert Island community as a safe space for learning navigation techniques that directly address anxiety and stress. You will not only learn new ways to calm your internal systems from the impact of the world you are experiencing, but will also have an opportunity to feel the results of those practices directly in the class. The practices involve a short movement warm-up, self-regulation techniques, breath sequences, visualization and guided meditations. They are part of the programs, which Tom has taught since 2013 to clients from around the globe.

The ability to teach and certify, online or in person, all levels of Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki.

Receiving the Usui Master symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and can be used for healing.

The Usui/Holy Fire® III Master Placement, which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and empowers the Usui Master symbol.

Receiving the Holy Fire® symbol, giving you a total of five symbols for the entire system.

Use of World Peace Reiki energy which has all the qualities of the Holy Fire III® energy and includes a higher vibration that actively creates feelings of peace within each student.

How to create a Reiki crystal grid that will continue to send Reiki to yourself and others after it is charged.

Hands-on practice using the Holy Fire® symbol during Reiki sessions.

ABOUT REINETTE

Reinette is a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui, Holy Fire and Karuna traditions as well as World Peace Reiki. She has been working as a Reiki healing practitioner since 2006 and has been teaching Reiki Certification Courses from First Degree up to Master Teacher for the past 15 years. Reinette is also co-owner and director of Tenth Gate Yoga and founder of the Tenth Gate School for Yoga & Energy Healing.
