Whitney is a naturopathic nutritional therapist that has been practising since 2018 after qualifying at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. Whitney specialises in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum + women's health. She's seen first hand how empowering her clients with nutrition knowledge rooted in science and intuitive clinical experience can be game changing in how they feel. 
 
Whitney then went on to train as a hatha yoga teacher at Triyoga in London with some of the most renowned yoga teachers. Hatha yoga entered Whitney's life at a very much needed time and she soon realised how grounding, breath work and meditation were the key to living her best life. She teaches yoga from the heart, with integrity and with clear, safe & succinct instructions that inspire the student to self-exploration, body awareness and a wholehearted self-reflection practice. Whitney's hatha classes start with meditation and pranayama followed by warm-up postures, standing and seated asanas and a relaxing savasana to finish, with postures being held a little bit longer than the usual so that we can explore the technical aspects and effects of asana internally.
 
 
Over the past five years, Amy has devoted herself to the path of energy healing. She is a sound, reiki and meditation practitioner working with clients across Suffolk, London and Essex. Amy is able to intuitively “read” the body, supporting the release of physical, emotional and mental imbalances.
 
Through her combined approach of reiki, meditation and sound healing, Amy guides the body into a deeply restorative state of relaxation and release. When playing her crystal quartz bowls, she channels angelic healing energy that resonates on a cellular level, creating harmony and balance from within.
 
Whether offering 1:1 treatments or facilitating group sound baths, Amy holds a powerful healing frequency that flows through each individual. Every session is delivered in a nurturing, grounded and safe environment, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the deepest form of healing.
 
 
For anybody that sees Angie as a client already will just KNOW how amazing she is. But for those that have never had one of Angie's skin + soul nourishing treatments I guess I should TRY to describe what she does. Angie is holistic beauty therapist with over 30 years experience in caring for women’s skin & souls. She loves to see her clients walk out of her magical secret garden room feeling lighter and more in control of either their skin or just how they are feeling. Angie's intuitive energy and her ability to just KNOW what you need is indescribable. Pure soul magic, just the best.
 
 
Charlotte is known for her holistic, wholesome food blending Ayurveda principles, seasonal ingredients and delicious treats. Her mission is not only to satisfy the taste buds, but also to inspire guests to eat in tune with what our bodies need. Her sharing style menus focus on cultivating connection and conversation around the dinner table and amongst new friends.
Her plant-based, seasonal catering service includes everything from menu design, sourcing ingredients, table dressing, infusing water with herbs, kitchen managements, and of course creating delicious, sharing style feasts.
 
 
Nestled in the tranquil Essex countryside, Apton Hall offers a beautifully restored, rustic-chic estate — original beams, brickwork and farmland views — set around a peaceful cobbled courtyard and gardens. With cosy rooms, communal barns and serene outdoor spaces like the Pond Garden and Walled Garden, it’s the perfect place to step away from daily pressures.
