In November, our Financial Empowerment team continued expanding support across the community. Volunteer Darrell Allen led a "Transferable Skills" workshop at Sherwood Library, helping participants identify their strengths and boost career confidence. We also launched a new partnership with Goodwin Living, joining their Employee Resource Fair to promote upcoming financial workshops. With help from volunteer Hever Castro, we connected with staff interested in building financial knowledge and stability.

SNAP Gap Pantry Support Volunteer: We are looking for a volunteer to support individuals and families facing food insecurity. The SNAP Gap Pantry volunteer will prepare pantry bags for pickup, organize food donations, and ensure that neighbors receive essential supplies with dignity and care.
Bilingual Financial Empowerment Volunteer: Ongoing, flexible opportunity for certified financial planners (CFPs) who are fluent in English and Spanish. Share your expertise by leading personal finance workshops, either virtually or in person, and help families build financial confidence.
