Little Stories Vol. 3 at Little Theatre Auditorium shines a light on local storytelling
Image item
The Crow River Players took the stage in early November for their 3rd volume of Little Stories. The series featured real life stories of community members throught the creative writing lense of CRP. Audiences enjoyed the wide range of characters, relateable encounters with nasty cats and of course the dinosaurs. If you missed out on this series, worry not! There's plenty of stories yet to be told. If you want to be a part of the fun, Crow River Players meet Wednesday evenings at Little Theatre Auditorium for story sharing, improv, and writing. All are welcome.

Whether becoming a base for mutual aid organizing, distributing information and supplies, building social connection, or advocating for resources, these hubs and homes of local creative people power are essential to the health of their places. Bethany Lacktorin was among practitioners offering honest conversation about the joys and the challenges of trying to make big change in a way that honors the expertise, history, and creativity of community.
