I got a confession to make, First name / Yogi.
 
I've been a yoga teacher for years, creating classes a lot of you love and discovered me from. But for the longest time, I didn't practice yoga myself. In fact I can count with my two hands how many times I practiced last year, which happened to also be the times I was filming my series for my own platform.

Due to a knee injury, I had to take a mandatory break. And spent almost 6 months rehabbing, meaning that I did everything but yoga. Which completely changed how I approach my teaching online.

Before I used to blast through the entire series, filming 7 classes back to back in 2 days using the same approach I learned from teaching for someone else's platform. But when it came to creating my new series, this time around, it took me days to finish.
 
Because I'm just loving using each class for my own practice. My goal in teaching has always been the same: making you love yoga as much as I do. And recognizing that love ebbs and flows and shows up differently throughout is part of the journey.

Each class combines intelligent sequencing with breath-driven movement to help you build heat, strength, and stamina in a short amount of time. You’ll target your upper body, core, and lower body through creative flows that make every minute count.

Daily movement that meets you where you are
This series was created to help you feel more connected, calm, and energized; whether you're starting your day, releasing what you’ve been carrying, or simply carving out time for yourself.

Each class ranges from 15 to 30 minutes and is designed to support your energy, relieve stress, and regulate your nervous system. The series includes both morning and evening sequences, but each one can be used whenever you need to reset, emotionally or physically.

Build strength, control and the confidence to lift
Arm balances can feel intimidating, but they're more accesible than they look when you have the right foundation. This series combines strong, sweaty flows with focused work to help you build towards poses like Crow, Eka Pada Koundinyasana II, Ashtavakrasana, and more.
