Join Ms. Alisa and others on Monday, December 1st from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Vista Grande Library, 1556 N. Arizola Rd., as they introduce a new topic of Genealogy each month to assist you in the journey to your past. This month's topic:

Arizona Historical Society Library & Archives.

Join us for the Friends of the Library Booksale at the Casa Grande Main Library, 449 N. Drylake Street from December 3rd through the 6th during regular library hours. Saturday is will be $5 bag day (bags will be provided.) Don't miss out!

Dive into the captivating world of board games with us over an exciting 11-week journey. Each week brings a new adventure filled with fun, strategy, and friendly competition. This program is specially designed for students in grades 6 through 12, offering engaging gameplay sessions that promise to entertain and challenge. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to make new friends and discover your favorite board games! The fun starts at the Casa Grande Main Library on Thursdays @ 4:00 p.m. 

From ZOOM, Google Meet and Facetime, video conferenceing is a very common way now to meet for doctors appointments, business, and even visiting with family across the miles. Join us on Thursday, December 4th from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the Main Library for our technology class on how to use each one. No registration required. Tell your friends and family!

Do you like to knit or crochet? Maybe want to learn or teach others? Join the Crochet and Knitting Club on Fridays at the Vista Grande Library, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Bring your own supplies. Some yarn will be available while supplies last. Ages 12+ and member led. 

It will be a little chilly at the Family Movie and Coloring on Saturday, December 6th at the Casa Grande Main Library with the playing of this annual favorite! Movie starts at 2:00 p.m. Light snacks and drinks with screw top lids are allowed. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. Reminder! That is also activities at Peart Park, so look for lots of other fun things to do around the library that day!

Watch the Casa Grande Public Library's Bookmobile kick off the Electric Light Parade on December 6th! The fun starts at 6:00 p.m. along Florence Blvd. Click below for more details! 

Ms. Violeta and Alondra will host a Spanish Conversation Gathering to practice your Spanish speaking skills. No registration required. Thursdays at the Vista Grande Library from 12:30-1:00 p.m. September 18th through December 4th.

Come to the Vista Grande library for monthly gardening tips. The presentations are given by University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners.

Did you know both library locations have study rooms that you can reserve? Study Rooms can be reserved for up to two hours per day. You can reserve online, by phone, or in person.

Volunteers needed! The Central Lutheran Church Adult Community Education (ACE) Team offers general education tutoring and English as a second language (ESL) coaching. Volunteers work one-on-one or with small groups once or twice a week to help participants achieve personal development goals. If you would like to serve on the ACE Team, complete the VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM available here:
