The 10-Minute Weekly Reset
(do it every Monday or Sunday night):

Write down EVERYTHING swirling in your head — business, kids, errands, content ideas, follow-ups, all of it.
Get it out of your brain and onto paper or into a doc.
2️⃣ The ‘Do I Have To?’ Filter (2 minutes)
Go down your list and ask:
Does this actually matter?
Does this need to happen this week?
Do I personally have to do it?
You’ll delete 20% of your stress right here.
3️⃣ Choose Your 3 Non-Negotiables (3 minutes)
Pick ONLY three needle-moving tasks for your business this week.
Not 12.
Not your whole Asana board.
Just three that create momentum — not busywork.
4️⃣ Set Your Delegation List (2 minutes)
Everything that doesn’t require your brain?
That’s your delegation list.

5️⃣ Schedule Your Life (1 minute)
Put your three priorities on your calendar.
Right now.
Non-negotiable.
