Welcome to the How To Manifest Journey!
 
To begin this journey, I invite you to gently turn your attention inward and notice what is calling to be created in your life right now.
 
There’s no pressure to have the “perfect” desire in mind. It may be something you’ve been dreaming of for a long time, or simply a feeling you want more of - ease, clarity, joy, freedom.
 
If nothing immediately comes up, start with an area of life that feels stuck or out of alignment, and imagine what it would feel like if it began to soften and flow again.
 
Manifestation is not about forcing reality to change; it’s about remembering that you are already a participant in the creative process of your life.
 
Every thought, intention, and moment of awareness carries energy.
 
When that energy is focused with care and presence, it begins to move from the non-physical into the physical - you become an intentional, deliberate creator of your life.
 
Ideas become actions, actions become momentum, and momentum becomes experience. This is the quiet alchemy we’ll be working to develop together in this journey.
 
Throughout this journey, you’ll learn how to consciously direct your spiritual and intuitive energy toward what you want to experience more of. You will learn how to manifest your desires.
 
We’ll explore manifestation as a cooperative process - one that involves your mind, your intuition, your inspired actions, and the unseen support around you.
 
You don’t need to know all the steps ahead of time. Often, clarity appears as you move, and the right people, opportunities, and resources naturally meet you along the way.
 
Above all, let this be a supportive and uplifting process.
 
There is nothing you need to prove and nothing you need to rush.
 
Focus on what IS happening - because after all, you can’t manifest everything you desire at once nor would you want to.
 
That would likely be overwhelming and it would be impossible to appreciate it all if it arrived at the same time.
 
You need time to integrate and appreciate what does come in - so focus on appreciating what is arriving as it arrives.
 
Manifestation is something you practice, refine and grow into.
 
Allow yourself to stay curious, open, and kind with yourself. You are already creating - now you’re simply learning how to do it with intention, awareness, and trust.

ASTROLOGY THIS MONTH

January 2: Chiron Turns Direct
 
Chiron, named after the mythological centaur known as the “wisest of all centaurs,” is called the “wounded healer” in astrology. 
 
This is because he suffered an incurable wound from a poisoned arrow, and his suffering gave him deep empathy for others. He used his pain to become a wise teacher for others and to develop a vast knowledge of remedies.
 
Chiron symbolizes the deep emotional wounds we each carry and our capacity to overcome them.
 
Having been retrograde since summer 2025, Chiron now turns direct, bringing clarity to areas where old emotional wounds may surface.
 
Emotional truths you’ve been avoiding could come forward, offering an opportunity to balance them and recognize your greatest strengths.
 
January 3: Full Wolf Moon in Cancer
 
This full moon may heighten our focus on family and home life. It can illuminate personal matters we’ve been postponing and encourage us to nurture domestic responsibilities.
 
It’s a perfect time to release past patterns that hinder balance between work and home, and to cultivate a more comforting, responsible, and family-centered life.
 
January 18: New Moon in Capricorn
 
New moons are ideal for fresh starts, and Capricorn encourages structure, discipline, and responsibility.
 
Use this energy to set practical, attainable goals and establish boundaries that support your long-term growth.
 
This is a chance to plant seeds that prepare you for a future built on common sense, maturity, and steady progress.
 
January 26: Neptune Enters Aries
 
Neptune now moves into Aries to stay until May 2038. It was previously in Pisces for 14 years.
 
This shift brings a wave of independence, courage, and desire for new beginnings.
 
Neptune’s dreamy, spiritual energy will merge with Aries’ pioneering spirit, inspiring revolutionary creativity, bold action, and liberated self-expression.
 
It’s an exciting period to embrace visionary change and personal exploration in the pursuit of an authentic identity.

For this month’s reading, we’re focusing on what you want to manifest.
 
We’ll be using the Money, and the Law of Attraction Cards by Esther and Jerry Hicks - the same deck as last month. I love this one and use it a lot.
 
It’s meant for finances, but you can use it for manifesting anything, since the principles are the same no matter what you are calling into your life.

Before we pull the cards:
 
Clearly state internally what you want to manifest. Example: “I want to attract a long-lasting partner” or “I want to manifest more creativity in my projects.”
 
As we move through the reading below, each card has a role in guiding your manifestation process:
  • Card 1: Your Current Energy: Shows where you are now and what might be helping or blocking your manifestation.
     
  • Card 2: What to Focus On: Highlights the energy, mindset, or action to direct your attention toward.
     
  • Card 3: Manifestation Outcome: Reveals what can happen if you follow the guidance of the first two cards.

It Is Not My Role to Make Others Happy
 
This card reminds you that your main responsibility is your own balance, joy, and alignment - not the happiness of others. When you focus too much on pleasing people, you drain your energy and block your manifestation power.
 
Notice when you’re bending yourself out of alignment to make someone else happy. This habit can weaken your own energy field, making it harder for what you truly want to flow to you.
 
Practice self-empowering thoughts daily. Even small moments of guiding your mind toward strength and balance build your manifestation energy.
 
Accept that you cannot control other people’s happiness - only your own. By thriving yourself, you naturally radiate energy that others can observe and be inspired by.

Spend a few minutes each day checking in:
 
“Am I aligning with my highest self right now, or am I trying to fix or control someone else’s feelings?”

This card encourages you to take ownership of the story you tell yourself about your life. Every story and belief you hold is a magnetic signal, drawing experiences that match it.
 
You can rewrite your internal narrative at any moment. Negative or limiting stories are not facts - they are habits of thought.
 
Recognize the power of small, consistent mental shifts.
 
A new story about your life, the past or the future, told repeatedly, shapes your emotional reality and attracts better outcomes.
 
The past and how you view it is a reference, not a rule. Your life is a canvas, and your thoughts are the brush.
 
When you notice a disempowering thought, pause and silently say:
 
“I can rewrite this inner tape to manifest something new.”
 
Visualize a story where you feel empowered, fulfilled, and aligned.

I Can Deliberately Choose to Feel Better Now
 
This card highlights the transformative power of consciously choosing your thoughts and emotions. Your deliberate focus creates the energy that attracts what you want.
 
Consider each thought as a building block of your manifestation. With positive, aligned thoughts leading to more of what you desire.
 
Feeling good now doesn’t wait for circumstances - it starts with your choice in the present moment.
 
As you practice deliberate thought management, you naturally enter a state of alignment, making it easier to attract positive outcomes effortlessly.

Create a daily “alignment moment.”
 
Even 1–2 minutes of focusing on what feels good, what you appreciate, or what you want to manifest strengthens your magnetic energy.

Manifestation isn’t about forcing outcomes or fixing others - it’s about nurturing your own energy and consciously directing your thoughts towards what you want to attract.
 
When you honor your alignment, rewrite your life story with empowering beliefs, and deliberately choose thoughts that feel good, you step into your power.
 
By prioritizing your balance, cultivating a positive inner narrative, and consciously feeling better in the present moment, you magnetize experiences that match your highest vision. The life you want is not only possible - it’s waiting for your consistent, aligned energy to call it forward.

Manifesting principles have been around for at least a century and this guide builds upon previous teachers' works, modernizing them for today.
 
It is one of the clearest physical texts I have found yet to explain different processes and techniques for manifesting. I return to this book regularly for inspiration and have had it in my library as a valued resource for over 10 years.
