We had a glorious graduation with the first Harvest School in the Smoky Mountains of Greeneville, Tennessee. The teams have been sent out to the nations for extended outreaches to activate what they learned in Harvest School — going low & slow; stopping for the one; the power of love in action. Nkele means “to come in and dwell.” It’s a five-song album capturing the raw, unfiltered voices of a community that refused to let despair have the final word. These songs carry both the ache of pain and the beauty of hope—the kind that finds joy right in the middle of loss and that can only rise from deep faith in Jesus.

Meet our Matola Rio Center!

Deep in the southern part of Mozambique, just outside of one of the wealthiest cities in the country, you will find us on the other side of the river, where there is still a lot of poverty and need.

 

There are families struggling to find jobs, medical supplies, or even find necessary transportation. Our team, along with your generous support, helps the local community with basic food supplies, provide formula for babies, and sponsor a number of children, some living at the children’s center, and some live in the community with their families.  With your partnership, we are able to provide for things like food, rent, and school supplies.

 

We also have a preschool in the neighborhood.  There are 60 children, mostly from the community, who are learning, not only academics, but about heroes in the Bible and learning how to pray.
