ReCircled's Pilot Demonstrations Open Early 2026

The industry has spent the last decade talking about Circularity, however, little has changed at scale. ReCircled is changing that.

Our hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) pilot system is now operational, demonstrating that mixed waste can be converted cleanly into usable outputs with real-world consistency. As we open the pilot for demonstrations in early 2026, we’re inviting partners to participate in the first wave of material testing and validation.

Here’s what the process looks like:

Now – January 2026: Send Trial Materials
Brands can submit representative samples of their waste. Our team uses these to characterize each feedstock and prepare for the pilot run.

March 2026: Pilot Demonstrations in Sidney, Nebraska
Partners will have the opportunity to see their materials processed in real time and review preliminary yield data. This is the clearest view into how HTL applies to your actual waste streams.

Summer 2026: Secure a Place in the Queue
Participants in the pilot will receive early access to the engineering and fabrication schedule planned through 2027.

Commercial Systems Operational: Q1 2028
The first wave of full-scale partner systems will be commissioned and ready for continuous throughput.

If your organization is interested in participating in the demonstration phase or sending trial materials, reply to this email or reach out to scott@recircled.com or tyson@recircled.com.

We’ll guide you through next steps and help coordinate material intake.
