Does anyone else have a comfort show that they've watched a few (dozen) times? For some people, it's FRIENDS or The Office, or if you're my lovable-nerdy husband, it's The Big Bang Theory.
Well, I'm a big Ted Lasso lover and just restarted it last night. There’s a scene in the first episode that sticks with me every time I watch it. Ted walks into the locker room, looks at a group of tired, unsure players, and hangs a yellow sign that says one thing: BELIEVE.

🧠 Reminders that they made a difference.
🧠 Reminders that they solved a problem for someone who felt stuck.
🧠 Reminders that they matter.
