For my ladies who are always in the grind. Juggling meetings, deadlines, school runs, aging parents, holidays, logistics, and that mental load no one warned us about. You’re a force. You keep entire ecosystems running.

If kids aren’t in the picture, chances are that extra energy goes straight into work. Either way, it’s a LOT.

Consider this your tap on the shoulder, First name / friend. It’s time to block your restorative trip for January or February. You may think the holidays will be a break, but has it ever really been one? Or does it wear you down even more?

An early-year reset pays off in every direction. Maybe this is the year you put your body first. Maybe you need the right setting to map out your 2026 vision. Maybe you just need to sit in front of a beautiful landscape and let your brain unclench after 2025.

I’m right there with you. This year was full of growth, big wins, destinations scouted, incredible new clients, and a whole lot of activity on the kid front. I’m happily exhausted and already carving out my own reset.

So let’s find you the space to breathe. When you take care of yourself, everything and everyone around you benefits. Bring colleagues or your closest friends and make it a ladies’ getaway if that feels right.

Below are options that are easy to reach from places where many of my clients concentrate. One with direct flights. One you can drive. Pick what inspires you, and let’s get it on the books.

Scroll to the end for an important note on my end-of-year schedule if you’re hoping to plan something soon.
WHERE TO RESET
NEW YORKERS

Direct flight: Rosewood Mayakoba
Warmth, quiet mornings, shaded pathways through the mangroves, and a spa that feels purpose-built for recovery. Direct flights to CUN keep the lift low.

Drive: The Ranch Hudson Valley or Troutbeck
Two distinct ways to reset. The Ranch for structure, movement, and clearing the mind. Troutbeck for cozy rooms, thoughtful food, and long, grounding hours with nothing on the agenda.

LOS ANGELINAS

Direct flight: Paradero Todos Santos
Minimalist desert architecture, farming culture, thoughtful food, and outdoor rituals. If your brain feels fried, Paradero does its job. LAX to SJD is an easy nonstop.

Drive: Inn at Mattei’s Tavern or a Santa Monica Proper staycation
Mattei’s brings California history, wine country air, and a laid-back spa rhythm. Santa Monica Proper is a design-forward reset without leaving the city.

COLORADANS

Direct flight: Susurros del Corazón
Auberge’s Nayarit, MX standout with open-air architecture, warm service, and one of the strongest spa programs in the area. Direct DEN–PVR.

Drive: Lodge and Spa at Brush Creek Ranch or Dunton Hot Springs
Three to four hours in the car is all it takes to feel like a different person. Strong spas, crisp mountain air, and a full mental exhale at either of these beauts.

AMSTERDAM + PARIS

Direct flight: Tamuda Bay Royal Mansour
A sunny, design-forward coastal escape in northern Morocco with calm beaches, warm hospitality, and hammam culture.

Train or car: Les Sources de Cheverny or Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp
Two very different moods. Cheverny for quiet countryside air and slow mornings in the Loire Valley. Botanic Sanctuary for a refined city retreat with one of Europe’s strongest wellness and culinary programs. Both deliver beautiful rooms, real spa time, and long breakfasts.

LONDON

Direct flight: Six Senses Douro Valley
Wine country, river views, deep wellness programming, and a property built around nature and restoration. A quick hop from the UK to Porto.

Train or car: Heckfield Place or Beaverbrook
Heckfield for grounded elegance and biodynamic everything. Beaverbrook for color, creativity, and a countryside reset with personality.
HOW TO BOOK

January and February fill fast for destinations with strong relaxation potential. If one of these speaks to you, reach out and I’ll secure them now plus stack perks and amenties on top.

The holidays will feel so much better knowing this time for yourself is on the horizon.

Let’s set up your Q1 reset so you can walk into 2026 energized, grounded, and clear.

P.S. I won’t be actively working on new itineraries from December 15 to January 4. I use this time for a deep dive into my business, lots of family time, and a little me time.

January and February are my busiest planning months, so making an inquiry soon is the best way to secure space. Last year I had a four to six week waitlist in January. If you have something in mind, let’s get it started now or save your place for early 2026.
