Welcome back! We hope your time off was filled with peace and barakah. We are excited for a wonderful month ahead as we celebrate our amazing students during Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC) and our 9th Annual Muslims Around the World (MATW) event. Please review the important updates below.
👩🏫 Parent–Teacher Conferences (PTC)
The Sign Up Genius will close on 12/5 at 10 PM to allow our teachers time to prepare for Parent-Teacher Conferences.

📍Fischer Middle School
1305 Long Grove Dr, Aurora, IL 60504
Please note: Classes will still be in session. Drop your child off as usual before attending your scheduled conference.
Instructions for the Day of PTC
1. Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time and enter through Door 1.
2. At the lobby, sign in and receive your visitor badge.
3. Proceed to the designated location for your first conference (Prek-7th Grade and Special Needs will be in the Large Gym. Arabic and Youth Program will be in the Community Room).
4. Each conference time slot is 10 minutes. Please follow the timings of your scheduled session to avoid causing any delays.
5. After conferences are complete, promptly exit from Door 1.
📚Progress Reports
Progress reports for all students will be published on December 5th. Please see the “report cards” tab in your child's Alma account to view 1st semester grades.
🌍 9th Annual Muslims Around the World – Saturday, December 13th

📍 ICN Ogden Masjid (2844 W Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540)
Join us for a vibrant celebration of global cultures featuring student presentations, engaging activities, and a community atmosphere!
Highlights:
🍰 Bake Sale – Support Al-Falah Academy by purchasing tasty treats.
🛫 Interactive cultural tables representing countries from around the world.
🚫 Please note: This is not a drop-off event. Children must be supervised at all times. There will be no classes at Fischer Middle School on December 13th.
Please sign up early so we can finalize table assignments and logistics.

Lost & Found page for any missing items. You will also have the opportunity to retrieve belongings during our
MATW event on Dec. 13th. After this date,
all unclaimed items will be donated.
❄️ ICNA Relief Winter Drive: Bringing Warmth to Those in Need
This winter, we're partnering with ICNA Relief to support individuals and families in our community who are facing cold-weather hardships. We are collecting new warm essentials, including:
🧥 Jackets
🧤 Gloves
🧣 Scarves
🧢 Hats
🛏️ Blankets
Ways to Donate:
- Drop off donations on 12/6 at Fischer Middle School at Door 1 or 6 during drop-off, PTC, or pickup.
- Drop off donations during MATW on 12/13 between 10 AM -12 PM at Ogden Masjid.
