We hope that you had a wonderful holiday season, Flow Family!
We are excited to share a few tips to prioritize your health & wellness while we embrace these colder months.
During your visits at the office, feel free to warm up with a warm cup of tea or coffee, and enjoy a snack!
Alex recently started under care for years of persistent low back pain. Alex had tried several different things in hopes to find relief, including previous chiropractic care. She found Flow thinking that it was worth a shot to try a different approach, and boy are we so glad she did! Since beginning care at FFC, her progress has been nothing short of amazing. Her low back pain has improved significantly and she's even noticed relief in her upper back as well!
She has also noticed great improvements in her stress adaptation and emotional regulation. She is feeling calmer, more balanced, and is able to handle life's daily stressors with more EASE! Her dedication to care and trust in the process has played a huge role in her progress. Alex is such a bright light and we are so grateful and honored to be part of her healing journey!
We are so grateful to have a generous community that helped us donate a carload of gifts & personal care items to the Harbor House this year. We appreciate the way you showed up to help us FFC family! We couldn't be such an active part of our community without YOU!
Join us for Wellness Bingo the entire month of January! Our goal is to help you kickstart your health for the year and try something new to build some consistent habits that will carry your health journey into the rest of the year!
Take a screenshot (or grab a paper copy in the office) and keep track of what you accomplish, then send your completed bingo sheet to us by January 31st. Every “Bingo” will be entered to win a fun wellness themed prize at the end of the month!!!
Winner will be announced the first week of February!
