I never really got into goal-setting until I started working for myself. It always felt a bit forced in my personal life, but for my business? Total game changer. There's something nice about pausing at the end of the year to see everything you've done because when you're in it, you don't always notice. January is my favourite for this. Coming back after the holidays and figuring out what's ahead just gives me focus for the whole year. I check in on my goals every quarter, and it keeps me moving in the right direction. Square Design Summit 🎤 I finally got to be part of a summit! The
Square Design Summit was something I really wanted to do this year, and getting to share knowledge with the community was definitely a highlight.
Client Work 💖 From custom development to smaller projects to my ongoing clients—this year has had such a great mix of work. Every project was different, and I'm grateful to everyone who trusted me to be part of what they're building.
