Featured Courses for Spring 2026 If you have room in your schedule, check out these courses! ENV 3250- Colorado Water Law This course provides students with an in-depth study of the unique nature of Colorado water law and Colorado water rights administration. The course will survey the key issues surrounding the legal framework governing the allocation of water resources, administrative processes affecting water distribution, and policy considerations that influence decisions about the use and management of water resources in the state of Colorado. An overview of Colorado climate, geology and hydrology as well as a review of Colorado's early water use and development will provide the context for the study of the legal system with which the state and its citizens allocate water. GWS 3670- Indigenous Feminist Activism & Storytelling This course is based on this year's 1Book/1Project/2Transform book selection, We Will Be Jaguars by Nemonte Nenquimo; a memoir that highlights Indigenous feminist activism, ancestral resilience, and environmental justice. |
