A Note from Kim….
Katie is thriving as a sophomore at Seattle University and loves city life and rowing on the Crew team. Kyra is enjoying 5th grade at West Hills Christian, especially basketball, golf, music, and art. Erik continues to serve as Director of Business Operations at Kyra’s school, and they both enjoy their daily commute together.

This year brought so many sweet moments, including celebrating my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary in the Bahamas and marking my 21st year in real estate.

Through every season—highs and lows—we’re reminded of God’s goodness and how grateful we are for the people in our lives. Thank you for being one of them.Wishing you a Christmas filled with peace, joy, and the warmth of family and friends.

Love, Kim

COMMUNITY SpotLight:
With LOVE

Local Spotlight: With Love

I wanted to share about an organization that is near to my heart, With Love. It is a Tigard-based nonprofit making a powerful impact on some of our community’s most vulnerable children. Their mission is simple yet profound: to support foster (resource) families and ensure children ages 0–6 enter care with dignity, comfort, and a sense of belonging.

Founded in 2013 by a local teacher, With Love began as a small grassroots effort and has grown to serve families across Oregon and Southwest Washington. The organization provides essential items at no cost including clothing, diapers, toys, books, car seats, and bedding helping foster families meet urgent needs when children are placed with little notice.

Beyond material support, With Love creates community through family-centered events, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships with local businesses. Volunteers are at the heart of the organization, assisting with donation sorting, order fulfillment, and deliveries to families in need.

By easing the practical and financial burden on foster families, With Love Oregon helps caregivers focus on what matters most — offering stability, care, and love to children during a critical season of their lives.

I have been supporting With Love for years and hope you would consider it too.
