First name / Friend,
As you approach the new year, the noise gets loud.
Tips. Challenges. Shiny objects. Declarations. Highlight reels.
Everywhere you look, there’s pressure to move faster, do more, and lock in your goals.
But here’s what I’ve learned as a leader, coach, and human:
One of the biggest mistakes we make is rushing ahead without taking note of what we’ve learned.
Research shows that making space for reflection and celebration increases motivation and confidence, which helps people follow through on future goals.
When you skip reflection, you don’t just miss the data. You miss the chance to pause, feel proud, and get grounded in what matters.
So instead of diving straight into goal setting, I want to invite you to do something different with me:
Grab a notebook and a pen, and give yourself just 15 minutes to reflect on 2025.
Below are eight reflection questions I’ve intentionally designed to help you take inventory, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
Stay curious and have fun with it. And if you're open do it, reply to this email to share one insight you gained – I'd love to hear from you.
Thank you for being part of this community. It’s made up of people who believe that how we show up matters. And that kind of confidence makes the spaces around us stronger, kinder, and more alive.
See you in 2026.
