“You are the light of the world.
A city on a hill cannot be hidden.”
Matthew 5:14

Over the past few months, I’ve noticed how many Christians are quietly shrinking back from being seen.

Somewhere along the way, visibility started to feel dangerous. Being known began to feel risky. And for many of us, especially Christian leaders and entrepreneurs, it feels safer to stay hidden than to fully step into the light.

We struggle to put ourselves out there. Sometimes we can’t even explain why. We just know that something inside us resists being visible. We struggle with promoting ourselves and our business because we can’t tell if it is prideful. We don’t want people to judge us for being too ambitious, so we go back to the shadows. And yet, we also know there is a deep sense of purpose and a calling to more we just can’t shake.

I’ve been talking about this tension on social media lately, and it has struck a deep chord. I understand why, because not long ago, I was wrestling with it too. I knew I was called to lead. I knew God had more for me. But the more visible I became, the more unsettled I felt.

I could sense that breakthrough, impact, and fruit were waiting on the other side of obedience, yet the courage to go for it was playing hide and seek. It showed up one day and vanished the next. That is, until I dealt with the deeper issue underneath it all.

For me, and for most believers I work with, the struggle with visibility is actually a struggle with identity.

When our identity is rooted in who God says we are, and aligned with what He has asked us to do, visibility becomes a tool. Not a threat. Not a burden. A tool that carries the answers to the very prayers we have been contending for.

But here is what I know to be true after years of coaching and pastoring: understanding truth doesn’t always mean living it out. Most Christians know what God says about them, yet still struggle to walk confidently as that version of themselves.

This is where I come in.

God has given me a unique ability to help people with the how of transformation. I help bridge the gap between God’s truth and real, lived experience. I have watched countless people break free from internal resistance, fear, and misaligned identity so they can walk fully alive in who they are in Christ.

Now, I am bringing that work to you.

Next week, I am kicking off the Kingdom Identity Accelerator. This is an eight-week, small-group intensive designed to help you start 2026 clear, focused,  aligned, and unencumbered. My goal is simple but powerful: to help you run freely toward the calling of God on your life without fear holding you back.

We will meet weekly in a group of fewer than twenty people. Each Monday, we will go deep into a different aspect of identity in Christ, including body, soul, spirit, family, work, calling, and more. I want to say this next part as plainly and boldly as I can. God has been speaking to me about this group for months, and I believe every person who joins will have a meaningful encounter with the Holy Spirit.

If you have been waiting for a moment to move forward, this is it.
If you have been praying that 2026 would finally be the year you stop hiding, this is for you.
If you feel like you have been circling the same mountain while watching others move ahead, this is your invitation to come up higher.

What will feel different in your life after an intensive like this?

Doors are closing soon. Do not miss the opportunity to step into this accelerator and begin 2026 with holy momentum, clarity, and freedom in Christ.

xo, Rachel

P.S. If you feel both drawn to this and afraid of it, that’s usually the sign you’re standing at the edge of growth. Consider this your nudge to embrace that dream God keeps whispering to you and join me inside.
