Welcome to 2026First name / Everyone,

How was your New Year's? My evening plans were cancelled, and I was in my PJs by 10 PM. I spent January 1st shopping at Walmart, cleaning, and watching college football. Remember what I said about the glory of an ordinary day? I'm very thankful for a drama-free, totally uninteresting start to the year!

Not everyone is so lucky. :( I spoke with a friend yesterday who is spending her New Year's recuperating from surgery. She had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and three trigger fingers on one hand!

That got my mother and me comparing our hand aches and pains. Arthritis? Check. Heberden's nodes? Check. Aging skin? You get the idea. Guess what I'm discussing on the blog today?!
This marks the 3rd official month of the Living Well blog. Thank you so much to everyone who opens these emails, reads the blog, comments and emails, plays the games, and generally supports this new site. Tania and I talk about it all the time; this is the nicest online community ever.

Thank you for being here!

Fun Finds

I had to run to Walmart to buy a new vacuum. Ours had gone on the fritz and Rachel's apartment was becoming a CAT-astrophy. She's allergic, and we needed something quick. It did a great job AND it was easy to connect the attachments and clean.

While I was there, I found this pretty sweater. It's SUPER soft. I wanted to take it home, but because I'm apple-shaped and busty, I left it for someone else who isn't restricted to v-necks. :(
I'm officially in my Comfort Era. These pull-on cropped pants from Old Navy are super cute and affordable. I'll wear them with these boots for a little height.
I also helped my mom make pimento cheese for my dad's lunch. Where has this grinder been my whole life?? So much easier (and better for my knuckles) than a typical box grater!

Any pickleball players out there? I've just started and have been using my tennis shoes, but I'm ready for an upgrade. How cute are these for spring?

I love a good v-neck sweater! This sweater is relaxed fit, which means it runs large, and it comes in both regular and petite! I'm showing this lovely color for Tania. I'll be ordering it in gray, lol.
Over the last two months, I've shared a lot of items. I thought you might want to find them easily, so I created a page on the website. I'm adding to it daily, but it has a bunch there now. It doesn't include Amazon products, but I'm working on that as well. If you need an item, I want it to be EASY. Book mark this page because it's not yet public.
