This week wasn’t about fixing anything or doing it perfectly. It was about interrupting habits and gathering information. And now we pause for a quick reality check.
Today’s action:
👉🏼 Take two minutes and answer these questions — in your head, on paper, or in your phone notes:
What felt easier than you expected?
What was harder than you thought it would be?
Where did the strongest urges show up — email, scrolling, boredom, stress?
No judging. No correcting. Just facts.
If you slipped and bought something this week, that doesn’t cancel anything out. It just gives you data. The goal is progress, not a perfect streak.
Next week, we’ll start using what you noticed to make shopping decisions slower, smarter, and more intentional.
