A Gentle Reflection on Relational Well-Being (WHO-5 Inspired)
The following statements are drawn from the WHO-5 Well-Being framework.
They are not a test or a measure of success, just simple language for ongoing noticing. Choose one or two that stand out as you need them this month.
Remember that “I have” “I want” and “I am willing to” are options to consider with each item as you connect with your heart, seat and feet with presence, mindfulness and breath.
Over the past two weeks…
- I have felt cheerful and in good spirits
What supports this when it shows up? What gets in the way when it doesn’t? - I have felt calm and relaxed
What helps my nervous system settle — especially in relationships? - I have felt active and vigorous
Where do I feel energized or alive? Where do I feel depleted? - I woke up feeling fresh and rested
What affects my rest — emotionally, relationally, structurally? - My daily life has been filled with things that interest me
What feels meaningful right now? What feels obligatory?
Optional reflection as you move through the next two weeks:
If my relationships could offer me one small form of support right now, what would that be?
You’re welcome to return to this reflection throughout the month.
