Dear First name / friend,
We've made it to the 3rd and Final Week!
Welcome to Day 11 of the January No-Shopping Reset.
By now, we've slowed down
We've paused before clicking.
We've noticed how often shopping starts without much thought.
Today, we go one step deeper — in a very practical way.
Because often, when we want to buy something, we’re not really shopping for the item itself.
We’re shopping for:
An easier outfit
A more put-together look
Comfort
Confidence
A quick solution to a problem we’re tired of dealing with
Today’s action:
👉🏼 When the urge to shop shows up, ask yourself this question:
“What am I actually hoping this will solve?”
Not what is it — but what problem do I think it fixes?
Then stop there.
No fixing.
No shopping.
Just name it.
This matters because once you know what you’re really shopping for, you can stop buying random stand-ins — and start making smarter, more intentional decisions later.
Hope is expensive.
Clarity is not.
Talk tomorrow,
Beth
