2025 Favorites -
Chanel’s Picks

One of my favorite parts of closing out one year and stepping into a new one is taking a moment to reflect—especially on the products I reached for again and again.
I thought I’d share my yearly favorites with you, whether you’re just curious or looking to try something new.
I’ve got you 😎

01.
Skincare

  • Michele Corley Pore Clearing Cleansing Oil
    • This product is so lovely because it does such a great job at taking off all of your makeup, feels amazing and is acne-safe! Plus, you get to take the time you're working the product in to give yourself a nice facial massage 😉
  • Starface Hydro-Star Patches - Recovery
    • I've never been an avid user of pimple patches, but these purple cuties are the bee's knee's. They have a magical way of making an unsightly spot seem not so gnarly. Also, if you use them for several days in a row, what I found was that eventually whatever scab you have will come off with the patch. Does that make sense? Lol, I digress. They have yummy ingredients in them like aloe, hyaluronic acid, kojic acid and retinol so all things great for healing, hydrating and brightening! Also another acne-safe product!

Makeup

  •  Kosas Revealer Concealer
    • I have tried so many different concealers and this one takes the cake. It blends in really nicely and covers well without the consistency being too thick and heavy. Plus, it's acne safe! I like to blend it out using a brush rather than fingers or a sponge because I find I get better coverage that way. Just remember to keep your makeup brushes clean!!
  • Caliray Magic Hour 16-hour Blurring Talc-Free Loose Setting Powder
    • I discovered this closer to the end of last year, but the reason it made the list is because it is such a finely milled powder that is acne safe, brightening, blurring, and somehow keeps the shine away all day!

03.
Haircare

  • RŌZ Milk Hair Serum
    • I have naturally wavy & frizzy hair and I feel like this is one of the few leave in conditioners that actually help reduce my frizz! Plus the smell is divine.
  • Gisou Honey Gloss Ceramide Therapy Shampoo + Conditioner
    • These make my hair smell lovely while also  providing it with lots of shine. Not to mention when my hair dries, it's incredibly soft!

Fragrance

  • Femmenina Rich Vanilla
    • I kid you not I found this at random one day when I was roaming around Texas and this gal walked past me, got one whiff and immediately had to go run after her to find out what the intoxicating scent was. Regardless of what perfume I wear, I almost always still spray this on because it's just that good.
  • Tom Ford Tabacco Vanille
    • This one is a serious splurge, but the first time I wore this my best friend told me I smelled like an angel and I knew in that moment this fragrance was a winner haha. I've never smelled anything quite like it and out of my ginormous collection I reach for this most often!

✨ Honorable Mentions ✨

  • Face Reality 8% L-Mandelic Serum
    • I have been using this product for nearly 3 years and I think I always will because it does such a great job at gently exfoliating, brightening and minimizing breakouts!
  • Glossier Lash Slick
    • Depending on the type of look you're going for this mascara won't be for everyone, but it's perfect to me! I have been using this in brown for years now and I'm able to get a more natural look, which is what I prefer, or I could build it up if I wanted to. It doesn't smudge and lasts all day, which says a lot, seeing as I live somewhere where the humidity levels are 60-70% year round.
  • Amika Blowout Babe Thermal Round Brush
    • I used to use a round blow-dryer brush whenever I would want to style my hair, but I hated how long it took to do it. With this thermal brush, you use it on dry hair, and I just find that it is so much easier to use and the style holds so much better!
  • Kismet Olfactive - Wedding in Oaxaca
    • I truly have so many perfumes, but this is one I reach for most when I want something a little more fresh and interesting! I feel like most department store fragrances all seem to smell the same, so I definitely appreciate and tend to reach for boutique fragrances more! After all, you don't want to smell like anyone else, right? 😜
