A New Chapter in Leadership: The Appointment of Audrey McNair to the Presidency 

We are pleased to introduce Audrey McNair as President of Trydent Consulting, a transition that marks a pivotal evolution in our firm’s operational scalability and precision. Her ascent to this role is a natural extension of a journey that began in 2022, during which her progression from intern to Chief Strategy Officer gave her a rare, comprehensive vantage point of Trydent Consulting’s landscape. With her ground-up experience came strategic leverage, and she is now uniquely positioned to lead our transition into a more integrated, sophisticated era.  

 

McNair’s leadership is defined by a commitment to clarity, accountability, and trust. As she assumes the Presidency, her focus remains on architecting environments where vision and execution are perfectly aligned, empowering both our internal teams and our clients to own their outcomes. For 2026, McNair’s directive is one of responsible scaling: staying flexible in the face of change while remaining intentional about one’s ambitions. Under her guidance, Trydent Consulting will continue to prioritize building organizations that create lasting value, helping our partners move from complex strategy to confident action.

 

McNair is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a degree in Political Science and is a current MBA candidate at Duquesne University, specializing in Finance.
