Greetings Beloved Community,
 
It's been almost three months since the On The Block Collective first opened the doors to our newest venture - Eleven : Eleven, and we have so much to share. 
 
Come join us tonight for Capitol Hill Artwalk Thursday, January 8th 5-9pm, to see the new series by Carolyn Hitt entitled, “Shedding the Snake” meant to bring us all into the upcoming lunar new year up at Eleven : Eleven, as well as special works from our friend Jaiden Greyson showing up at Blue Cone Studios.

Here are some updates and upcoming events:
 
- We have now reached 92 members! This is almost a 10th of the way to our goal of 1,111 founding members. A reminder to our members: if you have joined, TAKE THE SURVEY. If you haven't joined, JOIN NOW! Membership provides access to our daytime space, discounts to our other studio spaces and events, and supports over 60 hours of free community art opportunities monthly! We have paused the “Wall of Gratitude” Project for a bit, but will be picking up soon, so don't miss opportunity to be a part of this history. 
 
- WE ARE NOW OPEN FOR DAY TIME OPEN HOUSE, DROP-IN, AND COWORKING SPACE Every Weekday 10am-6pm, with rotating resident artist volunteer hosts staffing. Come vibe, use our strong internet, sip free coffee, and learn more about the On The Block Ecosystem. 
 
- Want to host an event at Eleven : Eleven? You can now submit an event inquiry via our event inquiry form, located on the Members' Only section of our site. You must be logged in to access, so sign up for membership now!
 
- Want to volunteer? We have heard you! We are working on improving our volunteer organization and communication systems. Help us out by signing up for our volunteer google group here. 
 
-Want to listen to some dope music? Check out this new album release from OTB Resident Producer/Engineer cjtonthebeat,  “7” for nice vibes.

  • On The Block Townhalls for resident artists and Eleven : Eleven membership quarterly, beginning with a Blue Cone Studios specific gathering next Sunday..
  • More Updates & Opportunities for local makers, community supporters, residents, and members to participate in creativity, community, governance, and growth of our ecosystem.
