Welcome to Week 3 of the January No-Shopping Reset.
Up to this point, you’ve slowed things down, noticed patterns, and interrupted a lot of automatic behavior.
This week is about using that awareness to make better buying decisions going forward.
We’ll start with something simple — and surprisingly powerful.
Today’s action:
👉🏼 Identify one category you tend to overbuy.
Just one.
For many women, it’s:
Tops
Shoes
Jackets
Sweaters
Activewear
Accessories
{There's no judgement here….We all do it. My soft spot is jeans and altheisure….Just be honest with yourself…Awareness is half the battle! }
It's true that most of us don’t overbuy everything — we overbuy in one or two specific areas. And once you name that category, it becomes much easier to slow down and make smarter choices around it.
If you’re keeping notes, write this down:
“I tend to overbuy ______.”
That’s it for today.
Naming the pattern is the first step toward changing it.
