As we wrap up the weekend, I wanted to share a quick check-in on our January No-Shopping Reset — a free, low-pressure reset designed to help you pause before buying, use what you already own, and make smarter decisions about shopping and getting dressed.
Week 1 was about pressing pause and paying attention.
We focused on noticing what actually triggers the urge to shop, cutting down on the constant retail noise, and getting a clearer picture of how much of our buying is driven by habits, scrolling, and what’s being pushed at us—instead of by a list, a plan, and no willy-nilly shopping. 😉 (If you've been around for a while, you know this is a favorite mantra).
If you 'sstarted at day one and followed each days' prompt, you've already done some really useful groundwork. And if you missed a day or two, that’s completely fine — this reset is designed to fit real life…and progress, not perfection.
Coming up in Week 2:
We move from awareness into changing patterns — how to slow/stop impulse decisions, rethink sales, use what you already own more strategically, and stop defaulting to “add to cart” when something feels off.
This is where the reset starts to feel very practical and very useful.
And in the final week, we focus on changing the habits and knee-jerk shopping reactions that keep us stuck—and start learning how to be better, more thoughtful shoppers who end up with smaller, more functional, better wardrobes.
