COOKING THE BOOKS
'A series of Thursday evening suppers, cooked by our Chef Director, Cass Titcombe. Each meal will feature a menu inspired by one of his favourite cookbooks. In essence, each supper will be a joyous demonstration of diverse cuisines and Cass's exceptional skills as a chef.'
