New Offering: Intro to Spirituality
Saturdays | 10:00 AM – Noon
Join us for a welcoming Intro to Spirituality class designed for curiosity, exploration, and connection. Each session will include thoughtfully selected videos followed by open, supportive group conversations.
This class is perfect if you’re:
New to spiritual concepts
Seeking clarity and grounding
Wanting a safe space to ask questions and share insights
Come as you are—no prior experience needed.
Deep Dive Spiritual Exploration
Wednesdays | 6:00 – 8:00 PM
For those ready to go further, our Wednesday evening sessions offer a much deeper exploration of spiritual topics. These gatherings will build upon foundational concepts and invite meaningful discussion, reflection, and personal insight.
Ideal for participants who:
Have an established spiritual practice
Enjoy deeper conversation and energetic awareness
Are ready for transformational inner work.
Sunday Morning Breathwork with Heather
Sundays | 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Facilitated by Heather of Mycelium Wellness
Start your Sunday with intention through guided breathwork sessions designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension and reconnect you with your inner wisdom. These sessions are grounding, rejuvenating, and supportive for both beginners and experienced breathwork practitioners.
