Assalamu-Alaikum ICN Al-Falah Academy Families!

Due to the extreme cold weather and safety concerns, we will be transitioning to E-Learning on Saturday, January 24th, 2026.

Please note that there will be no live instruction. Instead, E-Learning assignments will be posted in your child's Alma account by 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 24th. Teachers will communicate directly with students regarding assignment due dates.

The safety and well-being of our students, families, and staff are always our top priority. We appreciate your cooperation as we make decisions with everyone’s best interest in mind.

Classes will resume as scheduled January 31st, in sha' Allah. We look forward to welcoming everyone back then.

🏆 Quiz Bowl Dates Updated

For 2nd–7th Grade | During School Hours at Fischer

Due to the school closure this Saturday, Quiz Bowl has been moved back by one week. All Quiz Bowl dates have been adjusted accordingly. We appreciate your flexibility as we make this change.

This is one of our most popular and exciting events of the year! Study guides are available on Alma. All students participate, and no registration is required.

🌙 Ramadan Fest

Ramadan is less than a month away and the AFA staff is excited to welcome this blessed time with our students. This year, Ramadan Fest will be held during school hours at Fischer on February 21st, allowing all students to participate. Students will learn about welcoming Ramadan through engaging lessons, art, crafts, and activities.

Our popular Eid Toy Drive 🧸 will take place at the same time and location. Families may drop off toy donations during student drop-off that day.

🎨 Ramadan Fest Art Gallery

As part of our upcoming Ramadan Fest on February 21st, we are excited to announce a Ramadan-themed Art Gallery for our students.
Students are invited to create an art piece at home inspired by Ramadan and submit it to their Connections teacher. All submitted artwork will be displayed during Ramadan Fest. Students will compete within their group. Student participation is optional.

Groups:

PreK – Grade 3
Grades 4 – 7

Voting & Prizes:

Teachers will vote on submissions. First-place winners from each group will receive a prize. 📌 Please write the student’s name and grade on the back of the artwork to ensure fair voting.

Submission Deadline: February 14
