I’ll share how returning to self, to nature, quite literally saved my life. How your mind is your greatest ally when you learn to work with it, not against it. Every one of us is coded to heal, coded for happiness, you just need to uncover the code, updating your mental software. This year, trust your growth and healing to happen on its own timeline.
Hurry usually comes from fear.
Fear of falling behind.
Fear of wasting time.
Fear that if you don't push, nothing will happen.
Nature has no such fear.
A seed doesn't compare itself to the tree next to it.
It doesn't wonder if it should be further along.
It responds to the conditions it's given, and grows accordingly.
When you rush your growth, you often bypass the feeling or lesson that is
seeking your attention most.
Just because you override it, doesn't mean it disappears.
Eventually, you will have to circle back. This is mind-body physics.
Trusting your timeline doesn't mean turning away from what's scary or
passively resigning to your conditions.
It means showing up honestly and curiously toward what's being presented to
you, and listening for the next true step to take.
Growth that's forced feels unstable and disorienting.
Growth that's organic feels grounding and inspiring.
One comes from the mind and overrides the body.
The other comes from the soul and respects the level of truth you're able to
receive.
There is no shortage of social media content pushing you to rush your
timeline.
It is huge spiritual work to drop beneath the noise and trust the delicate dance
between your mind, body, and soul.
Your job is simply to listen as deeply as you can and surrender to the current
guiding your life.
The Universe meets you at the depth of your trust, not at the height of your struggle.
