Hi First name /  IDC Member,
This week is all about protecting your profit and your peace, even when clients are asking AI to weigh in and even when “Can we swap this?” starts showing up in the weekly email thread. We’re also kicking off the new episode of To-The-Trade with Marsha Sefcik, a conversation that will help you reverse engineer your income goals, spot the “chaos leaks” in your process, and make cleaner decisions about pricing and capacity.
Also, Laurie had such a great time at Las Vegas Market working with Leftbank Art and meeting so many of you in person. If we crossed paths, thank you for saying hi, it always makes the work feel even more connected.
How do you keep your sample library under control?
(results will be posted in next week's newsletter)

Learn. Share. Grow.
That’s a wrap on this week’s “Interior Insider.”
If it feels like everyone has an opinion, a link, or a bot-generated “suggestion,” I want to remind you that you’re allowed to lead. Your process exists for a reason: it keeps projects moving, protects the client experience, and safeguards you.
Choose one small upgrade to make this week easier. Track your time for five days, tighten one revision boundary, or send one calm, clear email that re-inserts decisions into the process. You don’t have to overhaul everything to notice a difference.
