Join us for a candlelit Full Moon ceremony honoring the sign of Leo, inviting you to soften inward while courageously reconnecting with your inner radiance. This sacred gathering weaves together reflective journaling inspired by Leo full moon themes, a guided meditation to attune to your inner light, and a deeply nourishing yin + restorative yoga sequence to calm the nervous system and melt tension from the body. In the glow of candlelight, we’ll create space to release what dims your shine and reclaim the courage to be fully seen, grounded, and inspired by life.

Please bring comfy clothes, a journal, and a yoga mat.

Exciting news! We are expanding.

Thanks to your commitment to the Loft and your wellness practice, we continue to grow our community. Dharma Yoga Loft has purchased a second location in Templeton (formerly Shift).

During construction in Paso, we’re expanding our spaces. The entire upstairs will become a heated classroom, and the downstairs will serve as our expanded regular-temperature classroom.

Construction is expected to begin in early February and will likely take a few weeks. During this time:

Beginning February 9th, all heated classes will be held at our Templeton location
Regular-temperature classes will remain in Paso Robles, held downstairs in the lounge space
Class schedules will include all the options you’re used to, plus additional offerings
Memberships will include access to both locations
Class packs may be used at either location
The current app will continue to be used for booking
Classes will clearly state the location in the schedule
