This month our goal is to embrace this opportunity for a fresh start aligned with the new astrological year to master the art of space clearing.

 

Space clearing is an energetic set of techniques performed with the intention to restore balance and harmony to the energy field.

 

At its core, you learn to energetically release what is no longer serving you so you can appreciate, experience and enjoy your expanding energy field, which is growing in love, light and joy.

 

Space clearing includes energetically clearing your personal energy field and your expanded field, like your apartment, home or property or any other space where you have a domain, like your vehicle.

 

There are many kinds of spiritual, physical and intuitive energy clearing, and techniques, and we’ll be covering a variety of those techniques this month so you’ll be able to find a few that work for you.

 

I love all types of energy clearing practices because everything feels so new and crisp when you’re done with the exercise - all space clearing practices reset the energy to a balanced, harmonious state where you are more able to feel and experience your true self.

 

Practicing space clearing is something you want to think of as a regular energy hygiene routine.

 

Every day that you practice experiences to open up intuitively and increase your vibration, it opens you up to new levels of energy awareness, which means there are often older energies to release.

 

So even if you have practiced space and energy clearing in the past, it is a good energetic hygiene practice to revisit them from time to time as you tend to learn new techniques and identify new things to release, clear and lift each time you practice.

 

Regular space and energy clearing keeps you attuned to your current vibration too, which is always growing and expanding.

 

Finally, it releases other’s energies from your field so you are not carrying pain and suffering that isn’t yours to carry, and you are more free to experience joy in your own soul’s journey.

When this card presents, it is asking you to choose to become more Light - there’s no downside, only the opportunity to ease pain and suffering. If you want to release limiting beliefs and experiences, this energy is here to serve.

 

Inhale, exhale and breathe deeply. 

 

Gaze at the symbol on the card. 

 

Ask the energy of Panma to help you hold greater frequencies of Light and ask to go where you need it to go today.

 

The energy will work where it is needed.

 

As you accept this energy, you may find shadow energies presenting that need to be cleared or realigned. 

 

Simply thank the old, shadow energy for its service and tell it that it is time to go, for it is no longer needed. Send the energy with light and blessings, to never return.

 

Then ask Panma to fill you with light - filling the space where the shadow energy once resided.

 

You are now expanding your energy to experience new levels of Light and higher level energies. 

Older energies that may have created pain and suffering in the past may present to be cleared, when they do, send them with Light and ask this energy to fill the space for higher frequencies better aligned to your energy now.

This card speaks to the illusion of separation. 

 

Feeling separate and alone are common human experiences, and many of us are driven with a desire to fill inner emptiness, often with other people or animals. 

 

We often develop attachments to things outside ourselves in an effort to gain feelings of Self Love and Oneness, which is our true desire - to feel connected and full of love.

 

It can be difficult to let go of things that don’t serve our highest good due to fear of being separate. We often spend weeks, months or years clinging to something not in our best interest, something we should have set free earlier, due to a fear of aloneness or lack.

 

This card suggests it's time to give up the illusion that you are separate from all things, including love, which you always have it within. 

 

Remember: you are a Divine Being full of Love and Light, always connected to everyone and everything.

 

As long as we remain attached to certain external things, outcomes or ideas that create suffering, we will experience feelings of separation of lack, so perhaps it is better to be unattached to things.

 

You now have the ability to release all attachments - this energy coming in now will help you learn how to let go of what doesn’t belong to you, freeing you up to that which does belong to you now, allowing it to come forward. 

 

The more you surrender to allowing what does belong, to come in, through releasing attachments to what doesn’t, the more Divine Unity you will feel.

 

Gaze at the symbol of Kalimar and breathe deeply - allow it to bring forward feelings of oneness and connection, helping you release attachments to what doesn’t.

 

To fully release older shadow energies in your field, accept your I Am Divine Presence, and release attachments to external sources of lack and separation, call on Rugth to welcome in boundary energies in your living, work and personal space.

 

Be centered and grounded by maintaining respectful boundaries.

 

When interactions with others trigger you emotionally, it can knock you off your center. Certain circumstances can cause feelings of vulnerability, upset or hopelessness.

 

Whenever something causes a lack of ease, it’s an invitation to look at the deeper issue - what is really causing this feeling?

 

Meditate to identify the root cause of your feeling, then shift your perspective to how you deserve to experience life - with love, respect and kindness.

 

With each inhalation and exhalation, feel calmness washing over you.
