In this focused, immersive week dedicated to the art of block printing students will learn how to design, carve, print, layer, and repeat images while developing strong visual thinking and carving skills. Printing will be done on greeting cards, zippered pouches, and tea towels.

DOGS UNLEASHED

My proposal to paint a life-size lab statue was selected by Service Dogs of Virginia as part of their Dogs Unleashed fundraiser (along with 19 other amazing artists). SDV trains and places service dogs for children and adults with disabilities at no cost. Once finished, my pup will be matched with a sponsor and will be on display at their business for several months.
In November all the dogs
will be auctioned at SDV's
gala to help raise money for their new facility.
