In the world of systems innovation, identifying where to act is just as critical as the action itself. High-leverage points are specific places within a complex system where a small shift in a set of factors can produce big changes across the whole system. This booklet and video course provide an overview of foundational ideas and methods for identifying and using these points to enable systems change.
