Dear Friends,
February is here, and Raleigh is stepping into the new year with incredible energy and momentum. Across the Carolinas, that growth is making national headlines. New U.S. Census data shows North Carolina welcomed more new residents from other states than anywhere else in the country, while South Carolina led the nation in overall growth rate. The Carolinas have officially arrived.
Here in Raleigh, we are excited to continue celebrating the people, businesses, and experiences that make this community so special. One highlight this month is our Galentine’s event on February 12th. We are thrilled to partner with ILŪMRA Skin, Kendra Alley, and The Coley Group for an evening of beauty, bubbles, and self care, featuring drinks, bites, raffles, exclusive savings, and a live lip filler demo. Space is limited, and RSVP is required.
We are also proud to share that The Coley Group is now offering First Time Homebuyer classes several times each month. Follow the agents leading these sessions, @buysellthecarolinas, @tgrantc, and @fernsegovia, for upcoming dates and details.
