Quarterly Advisory Support
Each Foundation partnership includes one hour of dedicated advisory support per quarter. This time is flexible and can be used to talk through employee issues, sense-check decisions, or get guidance before something escalates. The goal is to ensure you’re never navigating people challenges alone.
Additional Advisory at Partner Rate
When you need support beyond what’s included, partner clients have access to additional advisory time at a preferred hourly rate. This allows you to get timely, expert guidance as needs arise, without starting a new engagement.
(Non-partners hourly advisory rate is $400/hr)
Quarterly People Strategy Review
A working check-in with Susan to review priorities, talk through current people needs, and plan ahead. Foundation partners receive a 60-minute session, while Pillar and Growth partners receive 90 minutes for deeper planning sessions aligned to business goals and people strategy.
Monthly People & Leadership Calls
Available to Pillar and Growth partners, these are standing monthly calls focused on real-time people and leadership challenges. They provide regular touchpoints to address issues as they come up and keep leadership decisions aligned and intentional.
Annual Talent Planning Session
A focused planning session built around the 6B Strategy — Build, Buy, Borrow, Bind, Bounce, and BOT! Pillar partners participate in a half-day session to assess structure, identify gaps, and create a short-term talent roadmap. Growth partners receive a full-day session for deeper, organization-wide planning and a 12–18 month talent and leadership roadmap.
Direct Text Support
Pillar and Growth partners receive access to a dedicated text number for quick questions or time-sensitive needs, providing an easy way to get guidance without waiting for a scheduled call.
HR Compliance Library
Access to the Mineral Compliance Platform, an all-in-one HR and compliance hub. This includes tools to create and maintain a compliant employee handbook, hundreds of policies and templates, a robust compliance library, and access to HR advisory support. The platform is customized to your business and employee count, helping you stay current with applicable laws.
Exclusive People Rise Resource Library**
A shared People Rise library of ready-to-use templates, forms, and guides to support hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day people management. Resources are designed specifically for small and growing businesses. Coming later this year.
Labor Law Poster Compliance
Automatic federal and state labor law poster updates, including digital coverage for remote employees. This service includes a $25,000 “We Pay the Fine” guarantee, providing peace of mind that required postings are always current.
People Power Workshops
Quarterly live workshops focused on practical, real-world people topics such as onboarding, interviewing, and performance conversations. Each partnership includes a set number of seats, allowing business owners or team members to attend and apply what they learn immediately.
Custom Leadership / Team Training
Available to Growth partners, this includes two customized 90-minute leadership or team training sessions per year. Trainings are delivered live and tailored to your business, with options ranging from People Rise-curated content to select Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) workshops. Each session includes pre- and post-surveys to measure learning and application.
Early Access to People Rise Programs
Partner clients are the first to hear about upcoming People Rise programs, including the People Power 6-Month Mastermind and BOOST™ New + Developing Leader Program, before they open to the public. In addition to early access, Pillar Partners will get an additional 5% off these programs and Growth Partners get 10% off.
Priority Scheduling
Pillar and Growth partners receive priority access to scheduling and faster turnaround for one-on-one advisory support, ensuring timely help when it matters most.
When People Rise Book + Author Session
Receive a copy of When People Rise: HR Secrets for Small Business Growth, Success, and Legacy, along with exclusive access to a virtual, coaching-style pre-reading session with the authors.
