At a high level, the Pulaski County market feels steady and livable right now—homes are still selling and prices are holding, but things have slowed just enough that buyers have more breathing room and sellers need to be thoughtful and strategic rather than assuming everything will fly off the shelf.
Central Arkansas remains steady and affordable compared with much of the country, with modest price growth and homes still selling at a pace that favors thoughtful decision-making over rush offers. Buyers have options without feeling overwhelmed, while sellers who price accurately and present well are seeing solid engagement.
This dynamic can create opportunity for both sides as we approach spring — buyers can explore without anxiety, and sellers who prepare now could capture attention as seasonal demand picks up.
