Can you feel it? February has its own kind of sweetness — the chocolate on the counter, fresh flowers from Trader Joe’s, and a few extra coffee dates squeezed into the week ☕🤍. This time of year always feels a little heart-filled to us — a chance to add small touches around the house, gather the people we love, and make everyday moments feel just a bit more special. We find ourselves lighting the good candle more often, baking something warm, and lingering a little longer around the kitchen island with family and friends.

It’s also a fun season to freshen things up at home. Nothing big — just the simple resets. Clearing the counters, setting up a cozy coffee bar, swapping in fresh towels, or bringing home a bouquet “just because.” Those tiny changes have a funny way of making everything feel new again.

In real estate, we’re starting to see that early spring energy quietly picking up. Buyers are beginning their search, sellers are getting curious about timing, and lots of families are simply in the “thinking about it” phase.
